Spring Isn’t Just Wedding Season
Flowers blooming. Butterflies
fluttering about. Typically people equate spring with love, and love with
weddings. While there may be a mad dash among your friends to have a Blue Ash
catering business provide the food, or book a gorgeous banquet center for the
reception (have we mentioned the Raffel’s Blue Ash Banquet Center is just perfect for
the occasion?), there are more happenstances that go on in spring than just
weddings. While you may be simply shocked to hear this news as your fridge is
lined with save-the-dates and invitations, since we’re a local catering
business, we know about every category of event that deserves delicious,
handmade food. Luckily for you, Raffel’s Catering, a Blue Ash catering and
Evendale catering company, has menus for every occasion.
As a Blue Ash
catering business, we’re pleased to offer you our Blue Ash Banquet Center to
host any event that you would like us to cater. There, you will find a spacious
facility with a large dance floor that lets everyone boogie the night away.
We also know
that sometimes everyone can’t get away from the office, so we can bring catered
meals to your location, within the Greater Cincinnati area. With our plethora
of menus, there is certain to be a catered meal choice for your group. Whether
you would like to enjoy a breakfast buffet, reward
your employees with a traditional luncheon buffet, or relax at the end of the day with a catered dinner,
this Blue Ash catering service is happy to serve you!
The Raffel’s
team can bring some of the finest Blue Ash catering menus and services to your group
and even at your venue:
• Tailgating
It’s officially baseball season! While you may
not be able to get yourself down to the ballpark to support the Reds, you can
still support them … with delicious Blue Ash catering, of course! Our tailgating menu
makes it feel like you’re at the game even if you’re enjoying the game from
your own driveway. In keeping with the theme of baseball, this particular menu
can offer you everything from macaroni and cheese to brats and metts to hotdogs
and pulled pork sandwiches to buffalo wings, and of course, beer.
• Grill-Outs
Memorial Day marks the unofficial start of
summer. And what’s a better way to celebrate summer than having a grill-out —
catered by yours truly, of course. Whatever grilled meat your group is feeling,
whether you want all-beef burgers, brats, metts, hotdogs, or even veggie
burgers, we can grill two meats per person for your summertime cookout. This menu offers you
everything you need to make it feel like summer: awesome cold and hot sides,
add-ons, a variety of salads, barbecue ribs, baked beans, corn on the cob,
condiments, fried chicken and more are all available to help you ring in the
beginning of summer.
• Need something else?
Of course, if you don’t have a summer-themed
event that needs Blue Ash catering, or if you need a specific menu, you always
have the option to build your own menu. Many other Cincinnati catering businesses may not offer this
option where not only do you get to choose your entrée, but you also have vegan
and vegetarian options, countless side dishes, our best dessert options, our bar options and service (for those 21 and
over, of course), appetizer options, and all at an affordable price that will
allow you to party the evening away with your guests with the best fare this
side of the catering biz has to offer.
We’ve been in the catering world
for over 40 years now, and while we’ve been able to adapt to how the industry
has changed, one thing has never changed in our services: the quality of food
you receive and the high level of service we provide you with. Whether you
would like this Blue Ash catering team to come to your workplace for your next
event or want to hold a shindig at one of our banquet centers, there
are more than just weddings that deserve to dine in style during springtime.
When booking your next event at
either our Blue Ash banquet hall or our Evendale banquet hall, be sure to go
over our booking and bar policies before the date draws near.
