Summer is a great time for people to come together to celebrate their community, especially if there’s music, a community pool or green open space, and great food. A lot of property managers in Cincinnati have adopted the annual tradition of hosting a summertime gathering—often around the community or apartment complex pool, or on a communal lawn—in order to generate a feeling of camaraderie among residents and a feeling of pride in their community.
And, as everyone knows, a party is only as good as the food you serve. Luckily for all those kindhearted property managers out there who want to offer their residents a day or evening of fun, we have you covered!
Start with one of our Grill Out Menus, which are perfect for summer gatherings. With the Grill Out Buffeteveryone will get two grilled entrées like burgers, brats, metts, hot dogs, or made-from-scratch veggie burgers, with a choice of all the fixings, including tomato, lettuce, onions, and sauerkraut. Choose from four different sides, some hot: German Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Mostaccioli, Mac n’ Cheese, Green Beans, or Corn on the Cob; and some cold: Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Fruit Salad, Pasta Salad, Tortellini Salad, or Cole Slaw. And there are lots of awesome add-ons if you want to really pull out all the stops!
Maybe your residents are more the Signature Grill Out types. With that impressive spread you choose single or multiple entrees, like Lamb Chops with Rosemary, Sea Scallop and Shrimp Kabobs, or Sirloin Burgers on Seven Grain Buns; and three gourmet sides, like Brown Sugar Baked Carrots, Layered Vegetable Strata, and Greek Pasta Salad.
